Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Prospect Development to lead prospect research, portfolio management, analytics, and data governance that underpin our fundraising strategy.

You will identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit prospects while optimizing CRM systems and wealth analysis tools. The role supervises staff and delivers strategic insights to strengthen the donor pipeline and overall fundraising performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or related field required or equivalent combination of advanced education.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in prospect development, prospect research, or related advancement services within nonprofit, healthcare, or higher education.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or project management experience managing analytical projects or small teams.
• Experience with prospect research platforms and CRM systems (iWave, LexisNexis, WealthEngine; Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce).
• Demonstrate experience with data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence tools.

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Prospect Development, leads prospect research, portfolio management, analytics, and data governance activities that support AltaMed's fundraising strategy. The role oversocks prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, and solicitation strategies, wealth analysis, CRM optimization, and advancement services operations while supervising staff and providing strategic insights to strengthen donor pipeline development and fundraising performance.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Data analytics, Computer Science, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of advanced education, certification, or specialized expertise within a complex nonprofit.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in prospect development, prospect research, prospect management, or related advancement services or front-line fundraising roles within nonprofit, healthcare, or higher education settings required. However, preferably 6-8 years.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or project management experience, including responsibility for managing analytical projects, small teams, or strategic initiatives, required.

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with prospect research platforms such as (iWave, LexisNexis, WealthEngine, Wealth Screening tools) and CRM systems (Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce, or comparable platforms preferred.

Demonstrate experience with data analysis, statistical methodology, and business intelligence tools.

Compensation

$130,773.80 - $163,467.20 annually
