Manage escalations and remove blockers.Planning & Governance Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Quality & Delivery Assurance Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.Functional / Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.Project Management Expertise Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred.
