Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!

  • Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $130,419-163,024 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the PTP process vision, strategy, and objectives for an end-to-end process strategy.
  2. Enhance processes to support delivering business objectives for the company.
  3. Provide strategic and operational direction to drive process efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness across all functional departments to deliver value to internal customers, vendors, and the company.
  4. Lead the advancement of process efficiencies across the end-to-end PTP value chain, including vendor master data, vendor and contract management, purchase order processing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  5. Guide the company towards a “capability-driven” model, strategizing a roadmap and prioritizing transformation, innovation, best practices, and value-driven solutions.
  6. Create annual strategic plans, set value generation targets, and identify and execute process improvement opportunities across the value chain.
  7. Travel up to 10% of the time.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of people leadership experience, or
  • High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree.
