Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Sr. Manager of Pricing & Chargeback to lead North American chargeback, contract governance, and revenue management operations. You will manage a global team, ensure data integrity and governance, and drive process improvements using AI and digital tools.

The role partners with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Revenue Management to forecast, report, and safeguard revenue. A strong background in pricing, contracts, and governance is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in chargebacks, pricing, contract management, or revenue roles.
  • 3+ years of people leadership in global or multi-regional settings.
  • Experience with ERP and contract lifecycle management platforms (D365, Conga, Flintfox, Oracle).
  • Healthcare/medical device or complex B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data, automation, and AI tools for decision making.

Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, Pricing & Chargeback to join our team!

This role is responsible for leading North American chargeback, contract governance, pricing administration, and revenue management operations, ensuring data integrity, revenue protection, and operational excellence across a complex commercial environment. The position provides strategic leadership to a geographically dispersed team while driving process improvements, strengthening controls, and supporting the transformation of Revenue Management capabilities through technology, AI, and scalable digital solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $155,000 US Dollars per year. Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

What your role will be?
  • Lead North American Chargeback, Contract Operations, and Revenue Management functions, ensuring operational excellence, revenue protection, and strong governance across the business.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

  • Oversee end-to-end chargeback operations, including claim adjudication, issue resolution, financial controls, and process optimization.

  • Ensure the integrity of contract, pricing, customer, and revenue management data while supporting compliance, audit readiness, and revenue protection initiatives.

  • Drive the standardization and optimization of contracting, pricing, and chargeback processes across multiple business units.

  • Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Revenue Management stakeholders to support forecasting, reporting, revenue integrity, and strategic business objectives.

  • Lead digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and decision‑making.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of Revenue Management systems, including Conga, Flintfox, D365, and related technologies.

  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Champion a data-driven and technology-forward culture, leveraging analytics and AI to enhance business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

What will you bring to Ansell?
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Operations, or related field related.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Job Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in chargebacks, pricing, contract management, revenue management, finance, sales operations, or related commercial functions.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams and business operations, ideally within a global or multi-regional environment.

  • Experience working with ERP, contract lifecycle management, pricing, and revenue management platforms, such as D365, Conga, Flintfox, Oracle, PROS, Informatica, or similar systems.

  • Proven experience supporting contract operations within healthcare, medical device, industrial, or other complex B2B organizations.

  • Knowledge of the Medical GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) landscape is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, business transformation, system implementation, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and business intelligence solutions to drive performance and decision‑making.

  • Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Solid financial and commercial acumen, including revenue, profitability, compliance, and controls.

  • Expertise in chargebacks, contract administration, pricing governance, and revenue management.
