Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, technical support, or account management.
  • 5 years of experience as a project manager or team supervisor in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Overview

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the resources and activities of the implementation team while creating an effective Project Plan tailored to client needs. Your leadership will be crucial in facilitating an accurate set-up in the InfoPro data management system and ensuring procedural compliance. Your strategic oversight will have a significant impact on establishing robust business connections with third-party suppliers, thus driving operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinate and lead conference calls with sales and client teams to develop project implementation plans.
  • Monitor progress of multiple project plans and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
  • Provide recommendations and troubleshoot escalated issues for corporate-level staff.
  • Develop and deliver training to customers regarding implementation processes.
  • Provide progress reports to the Implementation Management Team.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers for resource coordination.
  • Assign work effectively to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Establish work schedules minimizing client impact.
  • Measure performance based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Review daily activities to ensure implementation commitments are met.
  • Detect and rectify keying data entry errors through system reports.
  • Train and mentor direct reports on procedures and systems.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, technical support, or account management.
  • 5 years of experience as a project manager or team supervisor, in lieu of a degree.
