The Sr. Manager, Licensing, Toys has an opportunity to work across the entire Paramount Global portfolio with some of most iconic properties in entertainment including but not limited to Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount and CBS.
In this role, the Sr. Manager, Licensing, Toys will be in charge of leading aspects of and growing our licensed partnerships for specific toy categories to ensure the successful development and launch of products. They will develop quarterly revenue estimates and budgets, negotiate and implement deals with new or renewing licensees, manage and improve our existing account base, and lead product development for all products. They will drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure successful development
This is an onsite position at our Los Angeles office.

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
