Job summary

AAON Coil Products Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks a Sr. Manager, Launch Operations to lead daily facility operations across multiple AAON campuses, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness of production areas, warehouses, and offices.

You will oversee maintenance, plan renovations, manage custodial services, coordinate external vendors, supervise a team, and partner with Safety for regulatory compliance while staying adaptable to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in facility operations, building maintenance, or custodial/facility supervision; experience leading teams across multiple buildings in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred: experience supporting high volume manufacturing facilities or large multi-building campuses.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: general facility maintenance, building systems, and industrial safety standards; ability to lead and develop teams; strong communication and problem solving; planning and prioritizing; adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Leads daily facility operations across multiple AAON buildings, including manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
  • Ensures facilities remain clean, organized, and safe in support of HVAC manufacturing production lines.
  • Oversees general facility maintenance such as structural repairs, interior finishes, grounds upkeep, racking inspections, and overhead door functionality.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes small facility improvement and renovation projects.
  • Manages custodial services and cleanup teams to maintain production readiness.
  • Conducts regular facility inspections, identifies hazards, and partners with Safety to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinates external vendors performing non‑mechanical facility services.
  • Supports space planning, layout changes, and furniture moves.
  • Oversees work order intake, prioritization, and completion.
  • Assists in budgeting and cost‑efficient facility operations.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
