Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will support the Vice President, Investor Relations in developing a strong investment case for Ralliant and communicating our strategic vision, competitive position, and financial milestones effectively across all communication channels. The Sr. Manager will help develop internally and then articulate externally the Company’s strategic direction, financial goals, and financial position, ensuring that the Company’s leadership team is informed and educated on investors’ and analysts’ perspectives. He/she will interact regularly with management (CEO, CFO, and other executives), Legal, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Corporate Communications.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop the core financial story and ensure forecasts are aligned with projected financial results.
  2. Spearhead preparations for the quarterly earnings call, including development of news releases, prepared remarks, Q&A, and supplementary materials.
  3. Lead preparation of external presentation materials.
  4. Develop and maintain a consensus model, including collection of analyst estimates pre- and post-quarter; analyze changes and divergences from company guidance; identify impacts based on messaging.
  5. Establish and update competitive benchmarking reports, including peer company and performance benchmarks.
  6. Identify market trends influencing investor sentiment, such as macroeconomic factors, technological evolutions, and market-share trends.
  7. Support long-term strategic planning, considering market trends and competitive dynamics to align financial strategy with organizational goals.
  8. Manage the Investor Relations calendar to coordinate earnings timing, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
  9. Coordinate corporate access, including scheduling investor meetings.
  10. Lead investor targeting, prioritize targets using market data, and track engagement progress.
  11. Develop reports on ownership changes and manage the IR inbox for timely responses to inquiries.
  12. Assist in preparing the annual report, shareholders meeting, and proxy statement.
  13. Support ESG communications and collaborate on media outreach, leadership communications, and crisis management.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  2. 6-8 years of financial analytics experience (FP&A, strategic finance, investor relations, equity research, private equity, investment banking, consulting).
  3. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and able to work with confidential information.
  5. Experience presenting to senior executives and converting data into clear presentations and graphics.
  6. Periodic travel for conferences and investor events may be required.
