Tyson Foods is seeking a Learning Lead to drive Learning initiatives across US Operations, supporting international operations as needed. You will coordinate orientation, on-the-job training, leadership programs, and assessments, aiming to reduce turnover and boost engagement.
You will manage projects, budgets, and timelines, measure learner experience, collect feedback, and partner with COE, HR, and plant teams for scalable solutions. Significant travel (about 50%) is required.
This position is responsible for executing all Learning initiatives and programs across US Operations, with additional support for international operations. Leads typically support an average of 15 operations locations within one or more business units. They are accountable for the execution of orientation programs, on-the-job training, management onboarding, leadership programs, and personality assessments. These efforts result in reduced probationary turnover, improved team member engagement, and decreased time to competency. The Learning Lead will also manage project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and timelines. They will measure the learner experience, launch and collect surveys for feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement feedback cycles. Additionally, they will assess business needs and prescribe appropriate solutions. Regular interaction with the COE, HR, training, and operations groups, as well as complex/management teams, plant training teams, and other management support and hourly Team Members, is essential.
