The firm works on a 3 day in office hybrid model
Directly managing one experienced resource, as well as a robust team of indirect reports, the role holds a crucial part in shaping the future direction of HR service delivery, in an environment that foster continuous improvement and excellence in all facets of employee experience.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave administration, employee data management, and offboarding. A key focus will be ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience while driving greater process standardization, operational efficiency, and scalability across the organization’s global footprint. This person will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIT and tech teams to improve workflows, strengthen service delivery, and support broader human capital initiatives.
The role calls for an individual who can assess existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead transformation efforts that modernize and professionalize HR operations. Experience working with HR systems, service delivery platforms, workflow tools, and reporting metrics is important, as is the ability to use data to drive decisions and process refinement. Familiarity with case management platforms and large-scale HR operating environments is highly desirable.
