Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace
  • Understand the population health management marketplace and communicate Mercer's position on industry trends to clients.
  • Create demand for new products/services.
  • Maintain knowledge of carrier and vendor capabilities to align resources with client needs.
Clients
  • Lead complex client engagements, managing service delivery, strategy, and monitoring.
  • Define scope of services and utilize Mercer tools for strategy development.
People
  • Manage support staff, delegate effectively, and provide feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
Financial & Sales
  • Ensure revenue and profitability of projects.
  • Measure project success and generate sales from existing and new clients.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS or higher in psychology, social work, public health, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in population health management solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of global population health and behavioral health markets.
  • Strong sales, marketing, strategic planning, and management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
