Reporting to the VP, Growth and Insights, the Sr Mgr., Growth and Insights will partner with the University's enrollment, advising, and product management teams – as well as Adtalem's centralized marketing, customer experience, and workforce solutions teams to:
In this role, the Sr Mgr. will be key in supporting the University, its executive team, and functional leaders in growing the institution and increasing market share. The Sr Mgr. will partner with the team to help drive revenue, enrollment growth, market share, persistence, and gross margin improvements. Additionally, the Sr Mgr. will track and derive insights from leading indicators such as lead volume, website performance, conversion rates, retention rates, student satisfaction, and program profitability.
The ideal candidate should think strategically while supporting and driving results, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into action. A background in digital education or a similar industry, along with a bias for action and speed, will be advantageous to enhance the University's competitiveness and growth.

The expected salary range is $80,336.75 to $140,851.54, with actual pay based on experience, location, and other factors.
