Solventum in Eagan, MN is hiring a Sr Manager FP&A to shape financial strategy across R&D and MedTech portfolios. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting to drive informed leadership decisions.

This role requires 10+ years of numeric finance experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher; alternative pathways with 14 years of related work are considered. Strong communication in English is essential.

The person hired for the position of MedSurg R&D Analyst will be responsible for analysis in support of the R&D organization. This position will collaborate across the business to create analysis and reports for business needs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university AND Ten (10) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis.
• OR
• Highschool/ GED AND fourteen (14) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with finance, market, economics, or investment analysis.
• Knowledge and experienced in current finance practices and policies
• Experience providing data-analysis in support of business decisions
• Experience within MedTech, healthcare, life science, or regulated industries.
• Professional demeanor, solid business acumen, and client service attitude
• Basic Understanding of SAP, Oracle or other related systems
• Requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English
• Experience leveraging AI to assist in numeric based analysis and work flows

Hybrid (2 days a week)

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
