Solventum is seeking a Sr Manager FP&A in Eagan, MN, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead finance analytics for R&D investments and portfolio decisions, driving improved financial performance and strategic insights across the organization.

The role requires a strong background in finance and data analysis within MedTech or regulated industries, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex analyses clearly.

This position will collaborate across the business to create analysis and reports for business needs.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university AND Ten (10) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis.ORHighschool/ GED AND fourteen (14) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with finance, market, economics, or investment analysis.Knowledge and experienced in current finance practices and policiesExperience providing data-analysis in support of business decisionsExperience within MedTech, healthcare, life science, or regulated industries.Professional demeanor, solid business acumen, and client service attitudeBasic Understanding of SAP, Oracle or other related systemsRequires the ability to communicate in written and spoken EnglishExperience leveraging AI to assist in numeric based analysis and work flowsWork location:Hybrid (2 days a week)Eagan, MNTravel: May include up to 10% domestic or internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
