Overview

Our client, located in Reston, VA is searching for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to join their team. This position will be responsible for preparation and filing of SEC/10K and related Proxy/10Q reports, preparation of financial statements, drafting of footnotes and disclosures, review and analysis of technical accounting issues, share-based compensation/earnings reporting and working with external auditors.

Requirements / Salary

Ideally, searching for someone with 8+ years of experience, CPA and public accounting. Compensation targeted up to $190K + bonus. Candidate must be local to DMV area.
