This position serves as the primary Finance business partner to Subway’s Marketing and Field Activation Fund (FAF) organizations. The Sr. Manager, Finance – Marketing is responsible for managing the end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Marketing’s global spend portfolio — including media, agency fees, digital/social, and consumer promotions.
The role leads the annual budgeting and forecasting process for Marketing, provides in-depth ROMI and campaign performance analysis, and ensures strong governance over FAF fund accounting and reporting. This role manages a small Finance team and requires an influential communicator capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $139,100 - 173,900 annually
Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
