Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Facilities Management Micro-Regional Lead located in Spring House, PA.

The role involves managing facilities across a micro-region, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourced vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading crisis management, supporting infrastructure projects, and managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of CRE/Facilities experience, including experience with biopharma labs and vivarium environments.
  • Strong management, technical, communication, and strategic skills.
  • Digital literacy and ability to lead diverse teams through change.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the micro-region.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Certification such as MCR, SLCR preferred.
