This role is based in the US and requires the ability to work from our New York City office on a hybrid basis - 4 days a week.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Motorsport Network is seeking a culturally fluent, execution-focusedSenior Manager of Events & Experiencesto help shape and deliver a wide range of high-impact experiences across our global portfolio. From a red-carpet awards show to a series of business summits to fan-first activations, brand-led moments, and industry executions, this role supports the intersection of motorsport and automotive culture, content innovation, and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in premium live events, strong executional rigor, and a collaborative mindset. This person will work closely with senior leadership, agency partners, and internal teams to help translate strategy into seamless experiences. They will also support how events operate as content—fueling social, digital, and video storytelling—while contributing to Motorsport Network’s expansion in the U.S. and key global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Development & Experience Execution

  • Manage the planning, logistics, and delivery of a diverse global event slate—spanning flagship galas (e.g., Autosport Awards), B2B forums (e.g. Autosport Business Exchange), sponsor activations, fan experiences, and high-visibility industry showcases.

  • Work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders and agency partners to align on event goals, formats, and execution strategies.

  • Help bring innovative ideas to life—bridging physical experience with digital storytelling to maximize reach and impact.

Brand Integration & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with commercial and partnerships teams to support the execution of monetizable brand activations and sponsor integrations.

  • Coordinate the logistics and creative production of events that support business development and brand marketing goals.

  • Stay attuned to trends across the motorsport and automotive culture landscape—including F1, MotoGP, IndyCar, NASCAR, and car enthusiast communities—to inform executional relevance and partner engagement.

Production, Logistics & Talent Coordination

  • Manage timelines, budgets, run-of-show documentation, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics across multiple concurrent events.

  • Coordinate hospitality, talent logistics, and guest experience to meet Motorsport Network’s premium delivery standards.

  • Act as a key liaison during live events—supporting senior leadership, creative agencies, and partner needs on the ground.

Cross-Functional & Content Collaboration

  • Work alongside editorial, video, and social teams to support the capture and amplification of event-driven content.

  • Help ensure that each event delivers story-driven moments that extend into Motorsport Network’s digital ecosystem.

  • Support digital-first and hybrid event formats as needed, bringing platform-appropriate thinking to content and delivery.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 5–7+ years managing event execution in media, entertainment, sports, or experiential brand marketing environments.

  • Experience producing high-profile, culturally relevant events with both B2B and B2C dimensions.

  • Comfortable supporting talent relations, client-facing activations, and high-touch production alongside senior leadership.

  • Familiarity working with sponsorship or commercial teams on partner-facing deliverables is a plus.

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative, professional presence.

  • Excellent attention to detail, brand alignment, and guest experience.

  • Able to coordinate across marketing, content, production, and commercial teams while supporting direction from agency and leadership partners.

  • Passionate about motorsport and automotive culture, with a working knowledge of key global series and communities.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for event planning and execution (~20% annually).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable); familiarity with AV/staging and digital event platforms is a plus.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000-$115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation package also includes the medical, dental, and vision and an unlimited PTO plan a 401(k) with employer match.
