KMS Kenco Management Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to develop and manage the corporate quality system, mentor sites, and drive continuous improvement. This role supports RFPs, IT validations, and the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance.
The position requires strategic thinking, leadership across networks, and strong interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
The role of the Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager is to develop and manage the corporate quality management system and ensure that processes and procedures are developed in line with applicable standards and customer requirements. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will serve as the corporate leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the business, serve as a mentor to existing sites. The Sr. Quality Assurance Manger is primary for assisting in the generation of new business process (i.e. RFPs, etc.). The role will support other corporate departments in related processes (i.e. IT validations). The role will also support and assess the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance. The role will be the backup Quality pillar owner for the Kenco Operating System.
This position is expected to travel approximately 25% - 50%. A passport is not required, but recommended.
