Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the site quality management system, develop documents, and guide staff on QMS requirements. You will help implement the Kenco Operating System related to quality assurance and drive improvements across operations.

Responsibilities include audits, data analysis, and root-cause investigations; must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years QA experience, with ISO 9001 knowledge preferred. Travel ~25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; equivalent years of experience acceptable.
• 2–4 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

• Maintain, update, and improve site quality management system policies and procedures.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors; measure results.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; perform root-cause and corrective actions.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will serve as a site leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the quality management system and serve as an educator to the existing operational personnel on quality management system requirements. The role will also support and assess the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance.FunctionsMaintain, update, and add as necessary site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the efficacy of the quality management system.Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance to the quality management system through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the quality management system.Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the quality management system.QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience required.
