LATAM Sr. Manager Commercial Strategy (Brazil & Argentina)

The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy for LATAM serves as the strategic connector between SharkNinja’s global headquarters and our Latin American markets. This role owns the development and execution of regional commercial strategy across priority markets specifically Brazil and supports accelerating growth in Argentina.

This leader is a strategic thought partner and regional advocate who brings together insights across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product to drive sustainable growth and reinforce SharkNinja’s “outrageously extraordinary” mindset. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical rigor with strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and the ability to influence across geographies and functions. This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, setting direction, and scaling impact across a complex and fast-growing region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive regional commercial strategy, translating global priorities into market-specific action plans that maximize rate of sale, profitability, and long-term category growth.
  • Lead the development of multi-year assortment and portfolio roadmaps by country, balancing channel dynamics, product availability, launch timing, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
  • Serve as the regional authority on category and portfolio performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and recommending strategic course corrections.
Insights, Analytics & Business Leadership
  • Leverage recurring performance data, syndicated sources (e.g., Euromonitor, GfK), and internal dashboards to deliver actionable insights and guide decision-making at both regional and global levels.
  • Build robust business cases and strategic narratives to influence global cross-functional partners on LATAM-specific market needs, investments, and assortment decisions.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to design and execute best-in-class go-to-market strategies tailored to each market.
  • Act as a regional brand and portfolio lead, ensuring consistent yet locally relevant execution across channels and customers.
  • Support senior leadership and executives through clear, compelling, and data-driven presentations that articulate regional strategy, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Be a best-in-class storyteller, clearly articulating portfolio strategy, product value propositions, and category vision to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Lead high-stakes customer conversations and negotiations, balancing commercial objectives with consumer-centric decision-making.
  • Champion a “breakthrough” mindset by setting an exceptionally high bar for thinking, execution, and collaboration across teams.
Leadership & Culture
  • Serve as a trusted partner and role model within the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous feedback.
  • Influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities in a matrixed, global environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of progressive experience in consumer goods, commercial strategy, marketing, sales, or a related function, with demonstrated regional or multi-market exposure.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese required.
