The Cloud Infrastructure team, as part of Apple Services Engineering, is seeking an extraordinary EPM manager to lead a team and program that delivers innovative product solutions which shape the future of Apple’s Data Platform. This leadership role requires you to build trust and persistently remove ambiguity by seeking to reduce complexity. This role is pivotal in developing a broad organizational perspective and requires facilitation and execution on strategic decisions as well as having a pulse on what is happening in the industry. Additionally, this leadership role supports the development of process improvement and standard operating procedures, in order to achieve required maturity and effectiveness, all while leading and growing a team of extraordinary Engineering Program Managers. You'll partner with a diverse set of teams across Apple to develop the platform that powers analytics and ML engineering for Siri, Search, and other ML features we all love in our Apple products. Building and managing relationships with diverse sets of engineering teams will be critical to ensure collective success. Your work will be incredibly important to maintain and improve Apple’s most critical cloud services.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,400 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
