Amazon seeks a highly organized, customer-obsessed, and data-driven Sr. Manager to lead programs in a complex environment linking customers, business, and support teams, with a focus on customer obsession and operational excellence.

This role involves leading the WW Billing & Payments (B&P) team, supporting all billing and payment issues for shippers, and driving process creation and continuous improvement across operational and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions to ensure compliance with financial requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to design safety and compliance controls, and drive process and system improvements.
• Advise senior management on risk mitigation related to compliance.
• Maintain expertise on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Basic Qualifications
