Ogletree Deakins seeks a Sr. Manager, Benefits and Compensation to oversee the firm's benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal regulations. This strategic role will lead a team and collaborate across departments for employee satisfaction, requiring extensive experience in benefits management and exceptional communication skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Manager, Benefits and Compensation to join the firm’s expanding Human Resources department in our Greenville, South Carolina office. The Sr. Manager, Benefits and Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm's benefits and compensation programs. This role ensures compliance with legal regulations and alignment with the firm's objectives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Sr. Manager will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to support employee satisfaction and retention.
