Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. Ensures pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field.
• Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
• Healthcare experience.
• Union environment experience.
