Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations, providing advanced electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair expertise to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electro‑mechanical systems, can read schematics, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. This role drives equipment reliability, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with Engineering and Operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience repairing and maintaining production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely, safe, and cost‑effective manner.
• Lead complex repair activities involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, controls, sensors, wiring, and electro‑mechanical components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Dismantle, repair, modify, align, and rebuild machinery and production equipment.
• Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications in partnership with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Conduct machine alignment checks and make necessary corrective adjustments.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment, including lathe and milling machines.
• Support root cause investigations related to equipment failures and recommend long‑term solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Train and provide guidance to less experienced maintenance technicians when needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
