Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH. You will perform a broad range of maintenance activities across buildings, distribution centers, and related systems to keep facilities safe and efficient.

The role requires extensive experience in maintenance, including electrical, hydraulics, and CMMS software, with a focus on reliability and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment. Excellent problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, verifiable maintenance experience.
• 5 years maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Experience in a distribution center setting.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Electrical experience with high/low voltage (AC/DC).
• Technical school or training desired.
• Computer skills navigating email, Microsoft Suite, and CMMS.

Summary: The Senior Maintenance Technician is a highly proficient, experienced-level technician capable of performing a wide variety of work to ensure that the facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and effective working condition.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operations areas which may include buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems and plumbing in any of the distribution centers; and performs related work as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven verifiable assignment-related maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
• Minimum of 5 year maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance in a distribution center setting
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
• Technical school or training desired.
• Computer skills navigating email/Microsoft Suite/CMMS.
