Job summary

Premium Waters in Riverside, MO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support water processing equipment, including mold injection machines and related systems. You will lead maintenance activities, ensure uptime, and mentor operators and mechanics in best practices.

The role requires 10+ years in OEM integrations and industrial maintenance, with PLC experience on Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.

Qualifications

• Prefer Preventative Maintenance on a wide variety of industrial maintenance equipment, to include Mold Injection equipment, prefer experience with SIPA
• Prefer injection mold material processing and material/resin dryers
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Skilled in the use of equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools
• Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges
• Prefer formal certifications or education in PLC
• 10 years' experience in OEM integrations
• 10 Years Industrial Maintenance experience
• Prefer experience with PLC - Rockwell Allen Bradley and Siemens.

Essential Functions

• Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to all water processing equipment, including mold injection machines
• Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence
• Partner with other Maintenance mechanics to resolve cross-functional problems
