• This is not a DevOps role. It is for a Mainframe Systems Programmer – Mainframe Network. Looking for experience with SA (IBM System Automation) and Netview.

As part of the Mainframe Automation team, this position focuses on accelerating automation design and performance, platform integration, and architectural design for multiple platforms: System Automation and Netview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering Netview and System Automation in a GDPS Environment.

Technical Qualifications:

• Software development and coding, documentation
• Experience with Ansible Framework and Playbooks
• Version control using platforms like Github
• Issue tracking and Agile tools such as Jira or Bugzilla (Scrum/Kanban)
• Mainframe OS (z/OS, MVS) and sub-components
• Software packaging and distribution
• ITSM approach to delivering IT services
• ITOM tools and processes
• ITIL framework knowledge
• DevOps and Agile methodologies

The anticipated hourly rate range is ($55-65), based on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, etc., after a waiting period.
