Job description

Job ID: 10531265 | Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC

Leo Logistics is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own and drive a portfolio of high-ambiguity strategic programs that are critical to scaling our logistics capabilities into new business lines, customer segments, and operational models. This is not a "run the playbook" role. You will inherit programs where the problem space is still being defined, the strategy doesn't yet exist, and the path forward requires invention, cross-organizational influence, and sound judgment under uncertainty. You will write the playbook — then execute it. You will operate as a key member of the Leo Logistics leadership team, working directly with senior leaders across engineering, operations, business development, regulatory, and external partners. The programs in this portfolio carry significant organizational visibility and direct impact on Leo's ability to meet its long-term mission objectives. This is a rare opportunity to shape the logistics strategy for one of the most ambitious programs in the aerospace industry. You won't be maintaining someone else's system — you'll be building the foundations for how Leo Logistics operates in spaces it hasn't entered yet. The scope is dynamic, the visibility is high, and the impact is real.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own the strategic programs portfolio for Leo Logistics — a dynamic set of programs that sit outside the operational teams' steady-state scope and require dedicated leadership to define, plan, and deliver
  • Define the problem and build the strategy from scratch for emerging programs — these are not handed to you with a charter and a timeline; you will work with leadership to scope the opportunity, identify the risks, and propose the path forward
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations, serving as a trusted partner who can operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, regulatory, legal, business development, and external partners to deliver outcomes that no single team could achieve alone
  • Manage a rolling portfolio — as programs mature and transition to operational teams, new strategic initiatives will be assigned; you will be expected to ramp quickly on unfamiliar domains and deliver with minimal ramp time
  • Represent Leo Logistics in cross-organizational forums, regulatory discussions, and new business engagements as needed
  • Develop transition plans to hand off mature programs to the appropriate operational team for long-term ownership, ensuring continuity and clean handoffs
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
  • 6+ years of related industry experience
  • 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience managing programs with cross-functional dependencies across 3+ organizations simultaneously
  • Experience working with and influencing senior leaders without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated logistics environments
  • Experience with dangerous goods transportation, regulatory compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG), or special permit management
  • Experience supporting new business line standup from a logistics/supply chain perspective
  • Experience with government or defense customer logistics requirements
  • Experience operating across geographically distributed teams (multi-site, multi-shift)
  • PMP, APICS, or similar certification
