Job summary

FNS is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to supervise warehouse and logistics for Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing. You will drive production support, safety, and efficiency while serving as the main liaison for customer communications and issue resolution.

The role requires 7–10 years in warehouse/logistics with strong WMS/SAP knowledge, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience managing Supervisors or operational teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
