Job summary

FNS is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Operations role in the United States. The candidate will oversee inbound and outbound activities, ensure safe procedures, and manage inventory systems to maintain accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with MHE is preferred and bilingual Korean skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage inventory systems for stock control.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Stay informed on warehouse technology and best practices.
• Assist with cycle counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Establish and maintain inventory management systems for accurate tracking and control of raw materials and finished goods stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology and best practices.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
