Job summary

FNS, INC. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing logistics.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure safe and efficient production support, and be the primary liaison for customer communications and operational issue resolution. You will develop and implement strategies to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, supervise Shift Managers, track KPIs, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Production,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing operations preferred.
• Leadership experience managing supervisors or teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Shift E: Mon - Fri(8am ~ 5pm)

Responsibilities

• Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
• Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and operational issue resolution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Supervise Shift Managers and team members, providing coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Support new production launches, process stabilization, and capacity expansion projects.
• Prepare operational reports and present business updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
