Get to Know The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensing/Registration Coordinator in our Broker Dealer Operations. Please note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home. Must be in the East or Central time zone.

The Contributions You’ll Make

1. Process new U4 filings with FINRA for new representatives onboarding with Voya Financial Advisors, Voya Financial Partners, or Voya Investments Distributor.
2. Handle U4 amendments including State Securities Registration, Branch and Home Addresses, Outside Business Activities, Advisory Applications, and other U4 items.
3. Assist with Broker Dealer maintenance tasks such as Continuing Education, report reviews, insurance carrier appointments, bill payments, and license management.
4. Process U5 filings for representatives terminating their association.
5. Manage renewal processes.
6. Communicate directly with representatives to assist with these processes.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

1. At least 4 years of experience in a financial services environment, preferably with FINRA licensing & registration.
2. Licensing experience is strongly preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay, offering a competitive salary range based on location, experience, and education. The annual base salary range for this role is $38,420 - $64,030 USD. In addition, incentive opportunities may be available based on performance.
