Get To Know The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensing/Registration Coordinator in our Broker Dealer Operation. Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home. Must be East or Central time.

The Contributions You’ll Make

1. Process new U4's with FINRA for new reps onboarding with Voya Financial Advisors, Voya Financial Partners, or Voya Investments Distributor
2. Process U4 amendments including State Securities Registration, Branch Addresses, Home Addresses, Outside Business Activities, Advisory Applications, and other U4 items
3. Assist with all Broker Dealer maintenance, including but not limited to Continuing Ed, report reviews, insurance carrier appointments, bill pay, corporate insurance licenses, email operations, etc.
4. Process U5's for terminating reps
5. Process Renewals
6. Communicate directly with reps via email as needed to assist with these processes
7. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

1. 4+ years of experience in a financial area, preferably in FINRA licensing & registration
2. Licensing experience strongly preferred
3. Strong communication skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay, offering a competitive salary range of $38,420 - $64,030 USD, plus incentive opportunities based on performance. Actual offers depend on location, experience, education, and skills.
