Job Description:

Associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000. The Associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities, and tailoring superior client solutions. The role requires proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

  • 10+ years in a direct sales/originations role in equipment leasing/structured finance.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible, with annual awards based on performance.
