The Senior Learning Solutions Developer is responsible for designing and developing AI‑enabled, experiential learning solutions that are embedded in the flow of work and drive measurable behavior change across the enterprise. This role translates enterprise capability needs into scalable learning experiences, including simulations, AI-driven roleplays, and performance support tools, that accelerate workforce readiness, adoption, and performance against business priorities.

You will partner closely with Capability Development Partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to diagnose needs, prototype solutions, and bring to life high‑impact learning strategies that translate enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $101,000 - $142,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
