Job Title: Sr Lead DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure as Code

About The Role: The Cox Enterprises Intelligent Automation and Data Analytics (IADA) team is seeking an experienced DevOps / Infrastructure as Code Engineer. This team member will support the Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio for Cox Enterprises. Responsibilities include embedding Cox's DevOps standards, designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating Azure AI & Fabric Cloud infrastructure, and monitoring system health. The ideal candidate has experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), and cloud platforms like Azure.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities include:

1. Embed DevOps Standards: Implement and enforce Cox's DevOps practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, set up, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with development and QA teams.
3. Monitoring & Performance Management: Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; troubleshoot issues.
4. Cloud Infrastructure Provisioning: Manage Azure AI & Fabric Cloud infrastructure using IaC tools, ensuring scalability and security.
5. Implement DevOps Best Practices: Use and promote best practices from the DevOps CoE, fostering automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years' experience or equivalent combinations (e.g., master's + 6 years, Ph.D. + 3 years, 12 years experience).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Hands-on with Azure and/or Fabric cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging frameworks (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Ability to implement DevOps/MLOps practices in agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Atlanta.

Preferred: Degree in related fields (e.g., CS, Information Systems), experience with automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and experience in automation, Data Analytics, or AI environments.
