Sr/Lead Automation Engineer - DeltaV-MES Integration

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA, and related automation software.
• Work on DCS-MES integration, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems within life sciences manufacturing.
• Understand MES-Control System integration requirements and participate in requirements workshops.
• Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop technical documents including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems for MES integration.
• Participate in project management and coordination.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Utilize best practices, standards, and procedures related to automation systems.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science, Bio-Process Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant automation experience in life sciences manufacturing.
