R&D Partners is hiring a Sr Lab Tech Ops in Branchburg, NJ to perform production and lab testing duties and ensure quality. The role requires following SOPs, OSHA safety rules, and cGMPs, while maintaining accurate SAP/LIMS data and coordinating with internal teams on equipment maintenance and calibration.

The position is a 1-year contract with a target pay rate of $25.93 per hour, and requires an Associate Degree in a science-related field along with 2–4 years of experience and strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science-related field.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow SOPs, safety regulations, and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee production and production support duties for Operations, ensuring quality of production and lab testing.
• Follow departmental work instructions, SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and cGMPs.
• Monitor lab supply inventory, generate expense purchase requisitions, input production data into SAP/LIMS, and maintain documentation.
• Interface with internal groups to ensure lab equipment maintenance, calibration, and documents conform to established practices.
• Attend required training and participate in on-the-job training.
