Job summary

Dawar Consulting in Branchburg, NJ, seeks a Sr Lab Tech Ops to join a team developing oligo purification methods. The candidate will purify, process, characterize, and formulate oligos (HPLC, UV-VIS) and support platform development, scale-up, and troubleshooting.

Requirements include 2–4 years’ experience, basic Word/Excel, and strong communication with detailed documentation. Education: Associate degree in science; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in lab ops.
• Proficient in Word/Excel.
• Follows SOPs, OSHA and cGMP guidelines.
• Able to document clearly and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Run and support production activities.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; ensure lab testing quality.
• Track inventory and enter data in SAP/LIMS.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in designing experiments, writing protocols and reports, and improving SOPs.
• Complete required training.

Role: Join a team developing oligo purification methods. Purify, process, characterise, and formulate oligos (HPLC, UV-VIS); support platform development, scale-up, and troubleshooting.

Duties:

Run and support production; ensure quality of production and lab testing

Follow SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP

Track inventory, raise requisitions, enter data in SAP/LIMS

Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration
