Position Overview

We seek a Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) to join our CYBERCOM team.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requirements, ensure clear task guidance, communicate with responsible teams, and track metrics.
• Define and fulfill emerging client requests.
• Conduct discussions and workshops with leadership and teammates to identify effective practices and areas for improvement.
• Align processes and technology to facilitate information sharing among analysts and organizations.
• Utilize databases, content management, and records systems to shape workflows.
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI polygraph or ability to obtain one before start date.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
• Experience with SharePoint administration, development, troubleshooting, and access controls.
• Web application development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or BA/BS with an additional 5 years of experience, totaling 17 years.
