The Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is hiring for a hybrid remote role based in Mooresville, NC, requiring 60% in-office presence. You will drive corporate sales programs, coordinate with retailers, analyze trends, and optimize inventory across National Accounts while leading cross-functional teams in field sales and marketing.

Qualified candidates have Lowe's merchandising experience, 5–7 years in related roles, strong presentation/forecasting skills, and a willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement corporate strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
• Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members.
• Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements.
• Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing patterns.
• Develop sales strategies and long-term plans to drive sales and create preference for Bosch products through balanced promotional programs.
• Manage account events; grand openings; contractor nights, resets, product knowledge, road shows, store walks etc. with field sales and marketing associates to ensure timely and effective program outcomes.
• Responsible for the planning and effective execution of rollouts in National Accounts in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Retail.
• Manage E-commerce and online brand initiatives

Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mooresville, NC. (3 days in office per week)

Qualifications

• Experience working at Lowe's in merchandising or experience calling on Lowe's merchants required
• 5 to 7years of experience in Lowe's merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles
• Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• University Degree or College Diploma preferred (or equivalent 5-7 years of related work experience)
• Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Ability to travel up to 30%

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $160,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
