Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 11+) and Java-based frameworks (Spring Boot, MVC frameworks).
Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
Hands-on experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, and data modeling.
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and application troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of AWS services including:

Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jenkins or Concourse.
Experience with JUnit and automated testing practices.
Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Ability to create effective prompts, optimize token usage, and leverage AI tools for code generation, code reviews, debugging, documentation, and development acceleration.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
Experience building modern web applications using React.
Experience developing and consuming APIs in React-based applications.
Experience with Playwright test automation.
Knowledge of BPMN rule engines.
Experience with Drools.
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
Exposure to AI-enabled software development practices and engineering productivity tools.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
