Job summary

Synechron, a leading global consulting firm, seeks a Sr. Java Developer with React experience to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

Strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, plus hands-on UI work with React, are required to deliver robust, enterprise-grade software solutions. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful web services and microservices.
• Experience with state-management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative source-control workflows.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Java Developer with React experience to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with hands-on experience developing responsive user interfaces using React.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Node.js and npm.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
