The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Backend Java Developer for a 12- to 18-month contract, with a hybrid work model in Newark, DE. This role requires hands-on experience building scalable microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot, and a strong relational database background.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Java development experience, enterprise project exposure, and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. W2 employment offered with benefits included.
