What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical identity and access management issues within Okta
2. Collaborate with stakeholders for business application integration with Okta SAML, OpenID Connect, and SCIM provisioning
3. Identify workflow improvements related to access provisioning and lifecycle management
4. Generate reports on user activity and potential security risks within the Okta environment
5. Provide support for macOS, hardware, cloud-based apps, and network escalations

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Okta Certified Administrator
2. Minimum 4 years of experience managing identity management solutions via Okta
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise applications and systems implementation and support
4. Solid understanding of Okta group rules, security policies, and custom attributes
5. Ability to manage concurrent, complex projects while addressing operational escalations

1. Experience with Okta and Workday lifecycle management integration
