Job summary

TALENT Software Services in the United States seeks a database professional to monitor and respond to technical database problems, using diagnostic tools and techniques.

You will manage database capacity, create indexes, optimize queries, and support go-lives for web applications, interfacing with vendor support when outages occur.

Proven experience with MS SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, BigQuery and related tools is required.

Qualifications

Job description

The candidate may interface with vendor support service groups or other external support teams to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.

• Proficiency in using SQL Server Management Studio, Datagrip from Jet Brains, SQL Sentry from Solar Winds tools to investigate and debug database issues.
