Blackstone Technology Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in the United States. You will structure programs, drive governance, and ensure alignment with DigitalONE PMO guidelines to deliver on time and within scope.

You will develop project artifacts, present status to executives, manage risks, and lead planning sessions to keep stakeholders aligned.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills for executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Ability to lead under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex IT projects that require strong collaboration and communication between teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Align with overall DigitalONE IT PMO guidelines and operating models.
• Create and present weekly project status reports with clear, concise updates for executive, business and technical audiences, track milestones, and progress.
• Develop and maintain project plans, KBDs, project charters.
• Distribute meeting minutes and meeting recaps.
• Contribute to a centralized Decisions and RAIDS log.
• Identify, monitor, and eliminate risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues quickly.
• Calendar and facilitate joint planning sessions, workshops and regular status reviews to keep teams aligned.

Preferred Qualifications

• PPM certification is a plus
