You'll work with SAP Plant Maintenance and Primavera P6, collaborate with business stakeholders, and travel to plant sites to drive adoption and training.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst/ERP Analyst role.
• Experience with SAP (Plant Maintenance preferred) and/or Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments.

Responsibilities

Are you a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between technology and operations? We're seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical enterprise applications across a growing global organization in the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives working directly with business stakeholders, translating operational needs into practical system solutions, and helping drive adoption of key ERP and project management tools.

What You\'ll Do

• Partner with business and operations teams to understand and document system requirements
• Support, maintain, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Primavera P6 applications
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and end users across plant and project environments
• Troubleshoot system issues, support testing efforts, and assist with configuration changes
• Deliver user training and support to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with ERP, project management, and operations teams on system improvements
• Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and implementation initiatives
• Travel to plant sites to support system adoption, training, and issue resolution

What You\'ll Need (Required)

• 1-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
• Experience with SAP (Plant Maintenance preferred) and/or Primavera P6
• Background supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
